This company has almost 120,000 followers on facebook and is selling loads of copyrighted items – minions and Disney goods!! Its disgusting!! They are also not sending out items to people and then blocking them off the page and keeping money – something needs to be done and soon!!!

I placed an order and received it within 4 weeks – was very pleased. HOWEVER…i placed a second order on 1 November 2014 and i am STILL waiting to receive this order. They are ignoring all of my attempts to speak to someone and have not refunded me! Be warned!!!!!!!

I ordered in October for guarenteed Christmas delivery – it never arrived until Jan and one was broken – I was promised a replacement but I never get a response – I leave hundreds of messages!!!! I’ve tried emailing and calling and am just ignored!

The person who has posted this owns a glitter page of their own and is trying to bad mouth the pages that are actually doing well, its not their fault their products are better quality!

Terrible customer service, would never order again, months waiting for my order then one glass didn’t arrive, had emails off of other people saying they hadnt received their order either, many emails later I have given up trying to get what I paid for. No wonder they have to block people!!

since posting my review in May I can confirm that the business has now changed management – I received my replacement glass in June. Although I’m still very unhappy about my original order I can confirm that the new management are very good at communication and did indeed supply my replacement ASAP in very good condition. I’d re-recommend under the new management

I bought 6 wine glasses back in Feb for a birthday gift. When the glasses were delivered, 1 was smashed and 3 had marks where the glitter hadnt taken to the glass. First off the service was fab. Fast response and promised replacements. 4 months on, still no glasses, no responses and the telephone number just rings. The one response I have had suggests they have changed over management. Seems like a lie to me. Annoyed and frustrated are not the words.

I am still waiting for a Glass that I ordered in November!! Constantly being fobbed off with excuses and won’t give me a
Refund!! I am not from another glitter page, just an put of pocket customer!

This company are a disgrace. I ordered a set of glasses at the beginning of Nov 2014 for guaranteed delivery before Xmas.. When Xmas got close I kept messaging them but didn’t get a reply.. They finally answered in Jan, they did apologise and said I could either have a refund or carry on with the order and receive another complimentary set of glasses on top of the order, I chose the order and complimentary glasses.. After numerous messages, which were mostly ignored, I eventually received the glasses in July!! 9 months after I ordered them!! However, the colour was wrong – I was passed caring by then and they did not send the complimentary glasses they promised! I’ve messaged them a couple of times recently to ask about the extra glasses but they haven’t answered. I tried to msg them yesterday and discovered that they’ve blocked me!! What a cheek! They are so unprofessional! I am determined to get the items I was promised somehow, they shouldn’t be able to get away with treating their customers this way.

I ordered a gift set for Christmas last year aswell and was left waiting for what I paid for.
I would not say it ruined my Christmas but I would say its absolutely disgusting the way they treated my concerns and there isnt even any apologies on this page. Glitzy Glass complaints are all over the internet and many of them mirror my experience! its such a shame people like this exist
