When I wanted to return an item I purchased I had to email them several times to get an address. I sent the item back with proof of postage on the 17th September and sent several emails to check whether they had received it.
After many attempts to contact them they sent me an email on the 8th October saying that due to their payment system being blocked due to technicalities they were currently appealing, they wouldn’t be able to refund me.
I am now surprised to see them still posting on Facebook and their site is still live. I have raised a dispute with my credit card issuer to get the funds back. However glitzy boutique have now blocked me contacting them or commenting on their posts. Probably because they know is warn people off them! These guys are cowboys. There are other posts on their Facebook site from disgruntled customers. Their posts have now been removed, but not before I took photos of them!

The quality is average and cheap looking, and there is no address to return the items. I have requested the address several times via email and facebook as there is no number. Guess what they have not replied to any of my requests.

I have ordered the same item which has just arrived. The main label has ALREADY been cut out, the remaining label is completely the wring size that i ordered, and the quality is absolutely shocking! It’s like they have sent me a reject item. There was NO paperwork at all with the item either. I have emailed but have not heard anything from them as yet!

The exact same has happened to me, ordered the coat on 19th Nov as a birthday present from my husband. Money was taken from account and now, after 3 emails I’m still being ignored. Service is shocking!!! I’ve told them I will wait another 24 hours, for money to be refunded, or at least an acknowledgment!!! Furious, as I live abroad, I expected this to be delivered under their so called terms and conditions, of certain delivery times.

I bought a coat from this company over a month ago now. No coat!! after 2 weeks I emailed them, they said it can take up to two weeks anyway and they had sent it first class over a week ago. 3 weeks went by still no coat. I emailed again asking where it was. They refunded me the money back with a note saying keep the coat when it comes on the paypal transaction. I don’t understand why a UK company would have a wait time of a month! I asked for a tracking number and was ignored. My guess is that no coat was sent! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! still no coat and from what others are saying I can tell the quality wouldn’t be great

Do not buy from this company! I ordered a blazer on 8 Oct and payment inc. p&p of £46 taken straight away. I waited the full 28 days they said it could take and nothing arrived. I sent numerous emails requesting info on when I would get it with no response! I posted a complaint on their Facebook page which was removed and they blocked me. I got my husband to post a comment asking them to contact me or give a refund and they removed this too and blocked him! Bunch of cowboys! By the sounds of other reviews they have taken a lot of payments and not sent goods. DO NOT USE

Placed the order on November 30th 2014 for the Snowflake coat which did state it would be a three week delivery. This I thought would be fine but apparently three week delivery means no delivery at all. As of January 6th 2015, so over five weeks later, I still hadn’t received the coat. I emailed the company four times during the delivery time frame to be ignored every time. I took to Facebook thinking they might reply to comments on there as they won’t want bad publicity but it seems they just blocked my comments after the first one (I commented three times overall each one getting progressively more angry so not shocked about the blocking but it just got me more annoyed). Each email and comment stated if the coat can’t be delivered I’ll have a full refund giving them a way out but still, no response. In the end to make myself feel better I reported them as a scam to Facebook… yes I know nothing much will happen but it did make me smile. After being thoroughly pissed off with chasing this company I raised a dispute through PayPal on the 6th Jan. PayPal replied to me on the 7th Jan mid-afternoon saying they were taking it up with the seller – by midnight on the 7th I’d received an email stating I was getting a full refund including p&p so I’ve taken that as they’ve had numerous issues with this company previously to refund so quickly but it doesn’t say anything on the email so that’s just my opinion.

Some reviews state they don’t have a phone number or another way of contacting the company. On the bottom of my PayPal receipt there is another email and a mobile number if anyone wants it… just ask.

Ordered a Jumper on the 2nd Dec. paid in full including P&P of £4.99. Goods still not received on the 23rd Dec so an email was sent asking when they would be received. Their reply was that it takes 14 days as per their website but clearly I had waited even longer. Since then 4 other emails sent requesting a refund as per their Terms and Conditions. No response received. I commented on their Facebook page to get a response yet I have been blocked from commenting on their posts. How can I get a full refund from this fraudulent company and stop them from selling and doing te same to other innocent people. Not it is now the 09/01/15 38 days since my order.

I have had the same problem with this ‘company’ I ordered two jackets from them and instantly ‘smelt a rat’ when I didn’t receive a confirmation of email order. Weeks later nothing had arrived so I contacted them through their Glitzystore site on about 3 occasions. Of course I got no response so I contacted them via facebook. I then received a curt reply telling me that it stated that the items could take up to 21 days. I waited and waited and eventually one of the two items turned up in a plastic bag containing no delivery note or returns form. I contacted them again to say that only one item had arrived and was it expected that they were being delivered separately to which they replied no and they would send me out the other item the next day. Of course it’s never arrived and after various attempts to contact them I have noticed that they have now blocked me on Facebook from messaging them. I am so angry and am reduced to commenting on their daily pictures they put up, asking for an explanation but of course no one responds. I have now opened up a dispute with my bank. For anyone else thinking of ordering from them please do not.

I have found an email if anyone still needs it its glitzystore@outlook.com, I ordered a dress from them and used the glamour house on facebook I emailed them 3 times through this until I went digging and found the outlook address, they are a bunch on con artists they take your money and you get nothing in return and if you do it’s rubbish quality going by the comments I’ve read, how can they still trade if they a treating customers like this, you can phine your bank and try and get the money back that way, hope some if this is helpful.

I ordered a dress from them on the 5th of feb thinking they were a UK based site, I have received no confirmation email from them. I have since been on here and seen all of their terrible reviews. I paid for the item with my debit card so can’t even take it up with PayPal. Also I have now seen them on eBay, they are a Hong kong based supplier!! Nothing wrong with that but I’m just now very concerned I’m not going to receive my dress and not get my money back. Any advice on how I should approach this? Could I take it up with my bank?

Omg Iv ordered from them before finding this. Already worried as Iv not received a confirmation email and their standards state “if your not satisfied you can return the item within 14 days of the order date” yet it also states “deliveries may take upto 18 working days for delivery” so how can you know if you are happy with it or not if you haven’t received it ????? !!! I had to open a dispute. No return slips, no email contact – why they don’t give an email address and you just have to contact through the webpage. They have blocked me from commenting on their Facebook page of which they have many! They go by different company names such as Glamour House – Check out Scammour House which is a warning about it all. PayPal was not working on the site which I think is deliberate so PayPal can’t return your payment.
Dress they sent was shocking quality and nothing at all like the picture.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! SCAMMERS!
Contact your credit card company to try and get your money back.

Oh no!! I’ve just ordered a dress from them. I didn’t get an email like you normally would from a reputable company. So I had a check for reviews. Can’t believe the amount of customers being treated so poorly! I am panicking now. I got straight into my credit card company to see if I could stop the payment. I have to wait until 14th March then I can raise a dispute and claim my money back. So anyone who has paid with a credit or debit card get in touch with them, they’ll be able to help you claim your money back. As glitzy store clearly don’t give a toss about anything but your money.
Come on Glitzystore.com surely this amount of upset and angry people cannot be wrong and there is serious problems within your company! Sort it out!

To be quite frank, you should never buy from a FB store like this unless you have used a protected payment method such as PayPal or credit card. If you use debit card, you’re stuffed. My advice..don’t buy from FB ’boutiques’. 98% of them advertise pictures of lovely clothes or shoes etc, but when you receive them, they are poor quality copies. Worse than market clothes. Follow their posts for style ideas but don’t buy from them because you’ll just be disappointed. Rosegal is exactly the same. A Chinese FB store posing as UK or US. It’s a scam that I’m sure will eventually get more difficult to operate once people (and FB) are more clued up. Don’t buy from any of these boutique stores ladies. Best wishes x

I ordered two dresses off this website on 17th Feb and they took my money but I received no confirmation email. I waited patiently and the items arrived today10th March. The quality is really poor and the colour is not as shown/described. I have emailed both glitzystore@outlook.com and glitzystoreservice@outlook.com in an effort to return these items, as well as completing the online contact us form. I don’t hold out much hope, but really hope they prove me wrong and make contact!

Please note glitzystore.com appears to be the same company as fashionusshop.com as when I paid for my items the payment showed on my bank statement as being paid to fashionusshop.com. Their returns policy states that most items are shipped from China, and if so they do not accept returns for these items!!!

Yet another mug here who fell for this bunch of scammers. Ordered and paid for a jumper for £40 on feb 3rd, have contacted them loads of times via the site and using the service email given above, still nothing. Am opening a dispute through my credit card as soon as I get the forms.
I also had a quick look on eBay after reading these reviews, the same picture is used to advertise the same angel wings jumper but they also show a picture of the actual jumper you receive – it’s HIDEOUS! It’s also on sale there for £1.88.
Totally jizzed and very peed off.

Nothing like the picture on their website the quality of the dress is terrible and it has come from China so not a UK based company as they state to be! The clothing is terrible so poorly made and nothing like the description they give! Do not order from this site it’s a scam showing pictures of lovely high quality clothes and they are sending our poor quality replicas!!!

I ordered the snowflake coat and a navy dress with cream bow in mid-February. I hadn’t received my items so I checked my bank account as I never received a confirmation email either. On my credit card statement it said that the money, nearly £100, had been withdrawn from my account but not by Glitzy…by another store called fashion us shop. I have emailed this company several times but have never received a reply. I looked for the original link I ordered the clothes from and it was from Glitzy stores so I have now emailed them. The dress came within two weeks but the coat took over a month. Both look nothing like the pictures on the website and they are both made of awful, cheap material. I have been trying for ages to receive a refund but after reading these comments I will be going to my bank tomorrow morning!

TERRRIBLE. I made a huge order over $800 I received order and it was awful. Only a few items came and they were not what they advertised. They were the wrong size and sent from China.

I spotted this store online!! I thought it was unusual for a clothes site to have edited pictures and not even have a email or address or even a contact number! I know a brilliant designer who I ordered a lovely dress from for my 18th girls if this is what your looking for it’s based in the USA it is called Sherri Hill have a look on their website just to warn you about sizes they are a USA based size guide so make sure you know your sizes I ordered a US10 to big so I think this was a UK12 so I returned and got a US8 was better

I ordered 2 dresses, £70, dreadful, awful, cheap quality, dreadful fit. I want to return for a refund but have no returns address…I have posted on Facebook several times asking for address/telephone number and nothing. I am now leaving comments for other customers to see to warn them. Does anyone have an address? I will not give up as being a single mum £70 is a lot of money!

Do not buy from this shop! Their Facebook photos look lovely. Photos of beautiful models in well made clothes. However, after waiting months for an item to come the clothes are awful. I received the wrong sizes and wrong colours. Make up was on one of the dresses and it didn’t belong to me. The stitching is coming apart and to be quite frank you would get better quality in primark. I emailed them about 50 times to different email addresses that I have found through this spread but no response. I’ve asked my credit card company to refund me.
Absolute rip off! That’s if you are lucky enough to actually get your badly made clothes. Do yourself a favor and shop with a trusted site.

Only found all these comments just now as I search the web for a returns address for his appalling website!!! My dress arrived 3 weeks after ordering however I paid within a day!! And the dress is horrendous!!!! Nothing like the photo advertising it!! And I paid £40 inc p&p. The dress is see through and could not be worn to the wedding I wanted it for!! And now I seem to be in the same boat as everyone else with being scammed. No label on the dress, no receipt!! I didn’t even get an email to confirm my order. Numerous emails sent to them with no reply.
COMPLETE SCAM!!!! I will be co texting trading standards!!!!

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS!
Purchased a dress then realised this Is a scam website dress is nothing like what was ordered cheap see through material. There is no contact number or address to return the goods to and they completly ignore emails and block you from Facebook when you leave comments. How can they be allowed to get away with this?

What a CON this company are I have received this dress and it cost £35 and it look s like it’s from the Market for £3 ……..I’ve written to them over and over again and they are still advertising on facebook this needs to be stopped teny are crap rip of people from China do NOT order anything ladies ………………

WARNING DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!! I ordered a playsuit from this “company” on 20th april 2015, I have still not recieved the item nearly 5wks later. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact them but have never recieved a reply. I reported their Facebook page and contacted my bank so hopefully I will get a refund!! Absolute robbing scumbags!!

Unfortunately I have purchased from this website and although I have received the items (they are shocking and look nothing like the images) I am looking to return them.
I have spoken with my bank who are currently unable to refund the money due to me receiving the items and still having them in my possession,
Does anybody have an address to return them to? I will be sending them back on a signed for service, once they have signed to receive them I can claim my money back.
I have found the address below for returns but don’t want to send them back only for them to be returned undelivered, has anybody else sent anything to this address?

They initially replied to my email & said they would refund the money (almost €90) but it would take a few days, that was 2 weeks ago.
they are not replying to my mails now & still no refund.
ive said im sending a solicitor’s letter this afternoon if they haven’t replied to me

I haven’t sent anything back to this address yet, did you use a signed for service to send yours back?
Once they have signed for it you should hopefully be able to get a refund for the dresses by the bank then as it is back in their hands.

I ordered a dress it come 3 weeks later it was wrong dress wrong size and wrong colour . There company is a bunch of scamming thieves from a foreign country they need to be shut down.. Really need a return address but after many many emails Glitzy have not replied and I therefore have no way of knowing where to refund items to… Any help would be much appreciated.

I emailed glitzystore@outlook.com before my order arrived to check if they had received it as I had not had an email confirmation and the money had been taken from my bank to which they replied it had been despatched, how they knew who I was was beyond me as I gave them no refernce number or order details. Once the order finally arrived it was tacky and not as shown in the picture. I have emailed the same email address several times along with another one I found on this thread but surprise surprise no response!! Has anyone had any luck on finding a contact number or return address?

Having an absolute nightmare with this site! Spent £90 on 3 dresses and £4.99 delivery! As soon as I received my confirmation email advising the items were coming from CHINA I emailed to try and cancel my order. This obviously went unnoticed as the money was taken from my account the very next day. Worse still – I paid by debit card!! 4 weeks down the line, no response to emails and no dresses. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

I ordered the Aphrodite two piece dress the 8th of May. I accindentally gave the wrong zip code and immediately send an email with the right one. I did not get an email back zo after 20 days or something I sent another email. I got a response and they said that with the good name and house adress it will be okay. After all I got my package after a month, but I live in Holland so I thought that was the reason.
The quality of the dress is less than I expected but not enough to send it back. The dress is too short but I am almost 6 ft so clothing that is too short is usual for me.

Dress cost €60, I say it worth €5 MAX……. Never seen poor quality like it

I ordered the silver crystallised heels, they took 27 days to arrive and when they did they were awful NOTHING like the picture! I paid over £70 for them and i honestly wouldn’t even pay £10 for these. Its false advertisement and i have messaged them numerous times and heard nothing. NEVER buy from this company!

Saw this site on Facebook and thought i’d check it out. I ordered a red polka dot dress, didn’t realise it was coming from CHINA! I wouldn’t of ordered it otherwise. It had arrived late, i had a funny feeling about it because i had no confirmation email or any emails to say it had been dispatched. When it arrived after 23 days, turns out it is the wrong colour and it was very cheap looking! Looked like something i could of made myself. POOR quality. Paid 34.99 incl postage. There was no returns form or receipt in the package! Went on to the site to see if there was a form to fill in. Couldnt see one. Researched the site and saw all of your comments.
It is disgusting what these people are doing. It shouldn’t be allowed to advertise on Facebook!!

The dresses looked lovely on the website, I ordered 3 and they were all bad quality and size. I emailed for a return address as there was no returns info in the package and they replied immediately with an address. But it has been 7 weeks and I still have not been refunded my money and they are now not replying to my emails! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

I am totally discussed with this company. I placed an order on the 3rd June for the Aphrodite Two Piece everything looked fine I accepted the fact that it would take 21 days. We are nearly two months on and no clothes despite me sending three emails to them. How are companies like this a loud to trade. I am now £38.98 down and no outfit, really not happy I have written on there facebook page to warn others. I have emailed them again this morning demanding to know what is going on. Like many others I work damn hard for my salary and do not expect this kind of carry on!!!!!!! I just want my money back!!!!!!!!!!!!

I sent a dress back at the end of April and it was signed for on the 5-5-2015 , since then I have emailed 3 times with no response, all I would like is my refund of £49-99 but might as well kiss it goodbye. I paid buy visa/ debit card . Learnt a hard lesson here . Will never buy off a site like this again
