Having moved house with talktalk, they failed to connect me or change my details. When I spent another 20mins doing a new and more expensive contract they confused themselves and the customer service was appalling. I cancelled within the 28 days and moved to plusnet (much better company). Months later and having eventually got all charges waived they are still billing me! I still have to call each time I get a bill and am told my account will stay open until I ring them AGAIN, straight after another bill!? SO confusing and ridiculous not to escape them. Worst customer service with NO consideration or actual human feeling in their dealings with me. They are script-following, uncaring and useless. Do not use them.
