Hi there, I would like to return and refund Whitetime product. I didn’t used at all. And off course I want my money back. They do not make the terms and conditions clear, there is not a link to any terms and conditions from the free trial home page. They do not ask the users to agree to your terms and conditions on ordering by using a tick box meaning I have not entered into a contract with them. They did not send me a contract or proof of purchase. As far as I am concerned this is a scam and want my money back

I purchased a trial offer on white smile then they took 99.99 from my bank. Im very worried now because people are saying that even if I cancel from my bank that they can still take further money.
Please help. Im a single mom so all my money has gone from my account.

Hi my husband has just been scammed by Advanced White teeth whitening system address Conencoop 595,2472PT Waddinxveen Hooland it was on a pop up attached to a newspaper on line. There were no terms and conditions he thought he was paying a one off 4.95 pounds shipping and handling for a free sample they have now taken 79.95 out of our bank account today. I contacted our bank and they said cos it was a debit card they cannot claim the money back. The bank gave blocked any further transactions from the company appearing as Bioskin on our bank statement. I have also cancelled my husbands card. I did managed to speak to the company once today..I told them that they were not authorised to take the money from our bank account..she said they were as it was in their terms and conditions I told them there were no terms and conditions and I was taking this to trading standards..she started screaming at me that I could no do that and then hung up on me. I have not been able to contact them again as they are always busy I guess that they are being inundated with calls today from their latest steal of money from innocent people’s bank accounts. This is shameful …and even worse that the terms and conditions of a debit card don’t allow you to claim back this fraudulently obtained money. So the scammers get away with it. Something needs to be done to protect people you should be able to claim money back that has been scammed from your bank account via the visa debit system. My husband is so upset…I am so angry at these people.
